27th ANNUAL KNIGHTS OF SWALLOWS GOLF TOURNAMENT (Benefit for Western States Burn Center)
Dear Tournament Sponsors,
The twenty seventh Annual Knights of Swallows (KOS) Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, August 14, 2017 at the Fox Hill Country Club in Longmont, Colorado. This is an event that benefits the Northern Colorado Medical Center Western States Burn Center in Greeley. The KOS Tournament is known as a fun event that benefits a world class burn treatment facility. Last year the event generated a contribution of $20,500.00 to NCMC. Over the 27 year life of the KOS Tournament, we have contributed in excess of $500,000.00 to the Burn Center. Your participation and support is necessary to continue our tradition of making a meaningful contribution to the Burn Center.
Your combined KOS tournament Sponsorship & Registration fee for each foursome includes greens fee, golf cart, use of the practice/warm up facility, refreshments and vendor provided food on the course as well as the tournament banquet. All participants are also entered into our generous door prize raffle held at the event. The TOTAL cost for a team to participate is $900 at the Bronze level, $1100 for Silver, and $1600 for our much appreciated GOLD level participants. Preferential flight placement will be based on Sponsorship level. Sponsors can register additional foursomes for $600 based on availability.
All team Sponsors will have their names prominently displayed on the sponsor board at the tournament and will be recognized at the awards dinner. You may also increase your company’s exposure at the tournament by contributing door prizes or player ditty bag items. Please indicate your interest in such contributions on your registration form and a committee member will contact you to coordinate your donation.
