Project Experience:

Kipling Intersection Surveys, Lakewood, CO – Provided surveying services to the City of Lakewood for drainage design and intersection improvements along Kipling Street at the Hampden, Mississippi and Exposition intersections. Coordinated with City Public Works for survey control and drainage report submittals to CDOT.

Highway 24 Additional Turn Lanes, Buena Vista, CO – Managed office and field staff to survey ROW of approximately two miles of Highway 24 in Chaffee County. Performed engineering topographic survey along ROW including bridge spanning Arkansas River, and boundary resolution of ROW and adjoining parcels. Utilized multiple CDOT ROW plan sets, deeds, recorded surveys and plats as well as monuments and lines of occupation to delineate ROW.

National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) Moss Street Extension & Roundabout, Golden, CO – Responsible for quality assurance/quality of staking calculations and coordination of construction staking crews. Brighton Ford, Brighton, CO – Performed surveying services for this family-owned business. Provided property descriptions, easement legal descriptions and exhibits and subdivision plats.

IGO Subdivision, Evans, CO – Prepared subdivision plat, easement legal descriptions and exhibits.

El Paso County, CO – Conducting surveying tasks for Colorado’s second most populous county. Responsibilities included subdivision reviews and checks.

Colorado McDonald Enterprises, Arapahoe County, CO – Responsible for preparing multiple monumented land surveys and ALTA/ACSM surveys along South Broadway. Coordinated with client, engineering department, and multiple field crews during the course of projects.

Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Weld County, CO – Responsible for processing route surveys and preparing exhibits for right-of-way (ROW) acquisition. Monumented, created and maintained base maps used for design and prepared land survey plats in accordance with the State of Colorado statutes.

DCP Midstream, Weld County, CO – Surveyor of record responsible for preliminary research, field survey coordination, creation of plan and profile sheet sets and as-built record drawings, certified plats, property descriptions, and exhibits in support of ROW acquisitions and construction of over 45 miles of pipeline.
