Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a office position which will manage surveying projects ranging from commercial, to as-built, to residential.
Experience to include a thorough knowledge of ALTA Land Title Surveys, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, pipelines, pipeline facilities, and right of way.
Perform horizontal computations for boundary surveys and analyses of field location and record information to determine property lines.
Candidates must also have the ability to perform a variety of complex computations for traverse, record plats, boundary surveys, construction stake-outs, horizontal control, etc.
Must have experience in boundary resolution and deed interpretation as well as experience performing survey and deed research.
Position Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Trimble GPS and Robotic equipment
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of five (5) years survey field experience and five (5) years office experience
Knowledge of: Carlson 2013-2018
